Job Description
Production Generalist Responsibilities Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and various CNC equipment and machines in a safe and efficient manner. Use a range of hand tools to support fabrication, assembly, and secondary processes. Clear parts by removing finished parts from skeletons, then accurately count, stack, and palletize them. Perform hardware insertion and Pemming operations according to specifications and work instructions. Assemble parts and products, including performing secondary processes as required to meet quality standards. Conduct basic equipment maintenance as needed and as directed to support smooth production operations. Maintain shop cleanliness by performing cleanup tasks as needed and as directed. Assist across multiple shops and capabilities as production needs change, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with heavy fabrication equipment, forklifts, cranes, and lasers. Meet quality and productivity expectations by understanding requirements and working to exceed them.
Hours:
1st shift: 6am-2pm 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm (must be able to train on 1st shift for a couple months before transitioning to designated shift- )
Pay:
$18-$20/hour Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
