Position Summary We are currently seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Mat Specialists (MTS). In this role, you will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, converting raw materials into fiberglass mats. Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing quality checks, using computer systems, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery to convert raw materials into fiberglass mats Monitor production processes using computer-based systems Perform quality control checks and basic equipment adjustments Load materials and use forklifts or other material-handling tools Perform minor maintenance tasks (changing bushings, pull wheels, etc.) Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift Willingness to work across multiple shifts and areas of the facility What We Offer Competitive pay and shift differentials Employer-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Medical plan with 80% of the deductible paid by the company 401(k) with company match up to 5% Training provided with opportunities for advancement How to Apply To apply for this position, please complete a paper application at: PA CareerLink® Huntingdon County 54 Pennsylvania Avenue Huntingdon, PA 16652 Applications must be submitted in person at the CareerLink office.
