WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Production Operator, you will help keep our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards.

Your day may include:

Operating and monitoring production equipment

Inspecting components to ensure they meet quality standards

Following detailed work instructions and safety procedures

Recording production and quality information accurately

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Working as part of a team to meet production goals

Learning multiple processes and equipment through hands-on training

Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts

THE SCHEDULE

This is a Fixed-Term position with a structured schedule designed to provide consistency and predictability.

Shift:

12-Hour Nights from 5:45PM - 6

AM ESTSchedule:

2-2-3-2 schedule

Training:

Approximately 12 weeks of paid training will be provided.

No relocation is provided for this opportunitySponsorship is not provided for this opportunityThis is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days per week01-EntryLaborers and HelpersNon-ExemptLocalEssential Duties and Responsibilities Operate molding and trimming equipment to produce high-quality components that support healthcare products around the world.

Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Process, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment while following established procedures.

Accurately complete production documentation and records, ensuring information is timely, complete, and accurate.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, maintain workflow, and support overall operational performance.

Learn and perform multiple production processes through hands-on training, building valuable manufacturing skills and experience. #LI-Onsite

#LI-JS1Education A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Work Experience No minimum experience is required.

At least 3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.

  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, including training and rotating through different production functions.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with coworkers, communicate effectively, and provide support or training to others when needed.
  • Basic problem-solving and communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and speak up when something doesn't seem right.
  • Basic computer skills, including keyboard and mouse use. Experience with computer-based production systems such as SAP is a plus.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to accurately record production information.
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Previous experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) or a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
  • Travel Requirements

Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
