Key Responsibilities Operate a sit-down industrial sewing machine to attach product tags to Tufflex slings according to specifications Follow production schedules and consistently meet daily output goals Set up and adjust sewing equipment to maintain proper stitching and performance Inspect materials, tags, and finished products for quality and accuracy Identify and correct defects quickly to maintain high standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures in a loud, industrial production environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve productivity and processes Required Skills Experience in a production or manufacturing environment Prior machine operation experience (industrial equipment preferred) Ability to operate a sewing machine or willingness to learn industrial sewing Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections Understanding of production efficiency standards High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Experience as a machine operator or production worker Familiarity with machine setup and routine adjustments Experience performing quality checks on manufactured products Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions Why Join Us? ✅ Weekly Pay
