Production Worker (Weekend Shift - Weekly Pay) Join Our Team & Get Paid Weekly! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Worker to support all stages of our sign production process—from material preparation to final shipping. This is a hands-on role in a climate-controlled, well-lit production environment , ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and high-quality finished products.

Competitive + Weekly Pay What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality signage by: Managing all stages of production, including assembly, finishing, packaging, and shipping Applying computer-cut vinyl and full-color graphics to various substrates using detailed layouts Preparing materials through cutting, cleaning, laminating, and painting Removing excess vinyl ("weeding") from designs using proper techniques Operating and maintaining printers and production equipment Performing quality checks by reading and interpreting Work Orders Completing finishing work like mounting and laminating Monitoring inventory and assisting with reordering supplies Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe Handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy What You Bring Experience in production, assembly, or general labor environments Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain attention to detail Comfort using hand tools, light power equipment, and measuring tools (tape measures) Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to follow detailed instructions and interpret work orders accurately Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required) Experience in sign production, graphics, or vinyl application Familiarity with weeding, laminating, and mounting processes Experience with printers or production machinery Strong multitasking and organizational skills Why You'll Love Working Here ✅ Weekly Pay - Get paid every week ✅ Competitive compensation ✅ Paid vacation & holidays ✅ Annual bonus opportunities ✅ Ongoing training & skill development ✅ Stable, long-term career growth ✅ Supportive and team-focused environment Work Environment Climate-controlled, clean, and organized production facility Use of printers, hand tools, and light machinery Standing for extended periods and working at waist-high tables Physical work including lifting and repetitive hand motions Safety-focused with emphasis on cleanliness and organization uction zones.
