Bilingual Line Leads We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Line Leads to oversee and guide production line operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing a production line, ensuring workflow efficiency, quality standards, and team performance. Responsibilities include directing line associates, monitoring production output, and communicating with supervisors to maintain smooth operations.Location:
Langhorne, PA Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Lead or similar role in a production/manufacturing environment Able to speak English or Spanish a must! Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Mandatory Overtime, availability on weekendsShifts:
1st shift- Monday to Friday (7:00 am
- 3:00 pm)
- $17 per hour 2nd shift
- Monday to Friday (3:00 pm
- 11:00 pm)
- $18 per hour 3rd shift
- Sunday to Thursday (11:00 pm
- 7:00 am)
