Production Associate

Our client, a manufacturing and production company, is looking for Line Production Associates to join their team in Langhorne, PA. In this role, you will support daily production operations by setting up and feeding machinery, inspecting finished goods, and preparing products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, monitor, and feed raw materials into assembly or converting machinery Inspect finished goods periodically for defects using measuring devices and visual quality standards Pick, pack, label, and palletize finished products for customer and shipping orders Relocate materials, parts, and stock between receiving, production, and storage areas using manual equipment or forklift Work closely with team members to complete assembly tasks and meet production deadlines

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Prior manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience strongly preferred Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-12 hour shifts Ability to regularly lift and push materials weighing 50-60 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
