Job Title:

General Production Worker Job Description This role involves operating and supporting electroplating production lines by loading materials, monitoring equipment, and performing routine upkeep to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent output across all shifts. Responsibilities Load and feed continuous strips of components into machine lines according to established procedures. Monitor the machine line throughout the shift to ensure it runs smoothly and safely. Perform general upkeep and basic maintenance on production lines as required. Assemble small parts and components as needed to support production requirements. Operate production machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. Assist with inventory-related tasks, including tracking and handling production materials. Follow all safety guidelines, use provided personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or irregularities with the production line or equipment. Essential Skills Experience with general labor or general production work. Ability to perform material handling tasks in a production environment. Ability to assemble small parts with accuracy and consistency. Basic machine operation skills in a manufacturing or production setting. Why Work Here? Production runs on three shifts:

7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m., with the overnight shift starting Sunday night through Friday morning. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
