As a Chocolatier Line Worker you are responsible for the hands-on production, packaging, and quality control of chocolate products. They ensure that manufacturing machinery runs smoothly while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

Feeding raw ingredients into melters, monitoring tempering machines, and operating molding or enrobing lines.

Inspecting finished chocolates for shape, gloss, and weight defects, and removing imperfect items from the conveyor belt.

Wrapping individual chocolates, placing candies into trays, and packing finished boxes into shipping cartons.

Cleaning conveyor belts, washing chocolate molds, and sanitizing workstations according to food safety laws.

Measuring out raw ingredients like cocoa butter, sugar, and nuts, and refilling machine hoppers as needed.

Education:

No formal education required.
