Damper Associates in the Manheim area! Are you an experienced Production Associate ? Skilled with hand tools and assembly work? Looking for a company with growth potential ? Look no further - we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Available Shifts:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Starting Wages of $19-$20/hr depending on the shift. Overview We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our client's fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in factory or warehouse environments, a strong mechanical mindset, and the ability to thrive in an assembly-line setting. Responsibilities Operate and maintain production equipment, including power tools Assemble products according to specifications while meeting quality standards Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting on tools and equipment Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks Qualifications Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred Mechanical knowledge and assembly-line experience highly desirable Skilled in safe and effective use of hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed What We Offer Weekly pay with direct deposit Paid time off & holiday pay Medical, dental, and vision benefits Referral bonuses Career growth opportunities in a supportive environment Be part of a team where your skills make a difference!
