Job Description
We are currently hiring Kitter / Kitting Workers to join our production support team in Mercersburg, PA. This position is responsible for preparing materials, components, and production kits to ensure manufacturing operations run efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Prepare materials, components, and production kits to support manufacturing operations. Cut, label, assemble, stage, and replenish kits and consumables using the Kitting App and established work processes. Ensure kits and materials are accurately prepared and available to support production schedules. Cut, label, and assemble components according to work instructions and specifications. Verify that kits are correctly assembled, identified, and ready for production. Move materials and completed kits to designated storage and staging locations. Maintain inventory readiness by replenishing consumables and production kits as needed. Follow kitting schedules, work instructions, and system-directed tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support quality standards by using approved materials and reporting quality concerns promptly. Work collaboratively with warehouse, inventory, and production teams. Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Basic computer or handheld device experience is a plus.
