Life:

Join tier meeting to review targets, quality issues, and constraints. Follow current standard work (SOPs) and visual controls. Perform first-piece inspection, record results. Maintain clean, organized workspace; remove trip hazards.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Required:

Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

Preferred:

Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Manufacturing process knowledge Understanding of SOPs/standard work, work instructions, and visual controls Technical skills Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints and BOMs Equipment operation and setup; changeovers and basic parameter adjustments Basic computer skills Quality and problem-solving First-piece inspection, in-process checks, and stop-at-defect discipline Physical Requirements / Work Environment Work environment cleanroom production floor Variable temperatures, noise levels, and occasional fumes/particulates Standing workstations or assembly lines Required use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hairnet, body suit, cleanroom shoes) Physical abilities Stand, walk, bend, and lift as required work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Safe handling of materials and operation within environmental conditions Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment (40lbs or more)
