3rd Shift Production Team Members

The Ralph S. Alberts Company is hiring Production Team Members, Manufacturing Associates, and General Laborers for our FRP (fiberglass) and Foam Molding departments on 3rd shift. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing / production environment where you'll build custom products used in medical, industrial, and amusement industries. Key Responsibilities (Production / Manufacturing / General Labor) Mold, assemble, trim, and finish fiberglass (FRP) and foam products Work with resins, foam systems, molds, and coatings Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools Perform measuring, cutting, and basic math calculations Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards Maintain a clean, safe manufacturing workspace Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, production, general labor, construction, fiberglass, or composites preferred (not required) Ability to use hand tools and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules Shift 3rd

• Includes a 15% shift differential, Training will take place on 1st shift for 2 weeks.
