General Production Worker Pay Rate:

$19/hour Job Summary Join a busy manufacturing facility producing drainage products. This hands‑on role involves material handling, product inspection, and supporting production operations on 2nd or 3rd shift. Work is fast‑paced, physical, and team‑oriented. Key Responsibilities Support production and assembly of drainage products on the manufacturing floor Move, load, and position materials throughout the process Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections using a tape measure Lift and handle materials up to 70 lbs Stand and stay active for 10-12 hour shifts Follow production procedures and safety guidelines Use hand and power tools as needed Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with team members Required Skills Ability to stand 10-12 hours Manufacturing or production experience Accurate tape‑measure reading Ability to lift 70 lbs Experience with hand and power tools High school diploma or GED Additional Qualifications Reliable attendance and strong teamwork Comfortable in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality Work Environment Production‑floor setting with continuous movement, heavy lifting, and use of tools and machinery. Shifts include rotating 1st, 2nd (3:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m.), and rotating 3rd shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
