Description
Be part of something NEW and exciting! Staff Management | SMX is growing our team at a brand-new facility in Muncy, PA, and we are looking for dependable, motivated people to help support our client's essential daily operations. We offer full-time positions with Monday-Friday schedules, weekly pay, and medical and dental benefits.

1st
Shift:
7:00am - 3:00pm
2nd
Shift:
3pm - 11:00pm
NOTE:
2nd shift will have to work and train during 1st shift hours (7am-3pm) through 9/25.

Job Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Move, stage, and handle raw materials, work in process (WIP), finished goods, and product returns to maintain production flow.
Transport materials between receiving, production, warehouse, and shipping areas.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation procedures, and company policies.
Assist performing packing, hand packing, rework, inspections, and visual quality checks when requested to ensure manufacturing quality standards are met.
Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and minor equipment adjustments to minimize downtime.
Support 5S workplace organization and perform routine lubrication checks under plant technician supervision.
Follow safety, quality, production and operational procedures while contributing to daily production goals.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.35 - $18.35 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
