Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker with a strong mechanical aptitude and skills in material finishing and parts organization. The individual will be focusing on cleaning, polishing, deburring, and coating metal finished parts. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented! Essential Skills Strong mechanical aptitude. General production and assembly skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Experience in bench assembly. Perform in-process and final inspections of coated parts. Why Work Here? There is ample room for growth and advancement, as overtime opportunities are available. Responsibilities Clean, degrease, and prepare parts according to coating specifications and work instructions. Inspect incoming parts for defects or non-conformities before coating. Properly rack, load, and unload parts in coating chambers to ensure optimal coating coverage. Handle parts carefully to prevent contamination or damage.

Shift Availability Daytime Hours:

1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Evening Hours:

2nd shift from 3:15 pm to 11:45 pm Training for all shifts takes place during the 1st shift for a few weeks Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Wales, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
