Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime available up to 6:00 PM as needed) Position Overview The General Production Worker supports the manufacturing of hot tubs in a medium-sized production facility. This role involves assembling components, performing quality inspections, maintaining a clean work area, and working as part of a team to meet production goals while following established safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble hot tub components using hand and power tools according to production specifications. Perform quality checks on parts and completed products to ensure standards are met. Work in a cleanroom or controlled environment when required, following all cleanliness procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety policies and proper tool usage procedures. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals. Adapt to changing production needs and priorities as directed. Work overtime as needed, up to 6:00 PM. Required Skills Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools. Basic assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to perform visual inspections and quality checks. Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Availability to work 1st shift hours and overtime when required. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Comfortable working with various tools and production equipment. Flexibility to start on different days of the week if needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northumberland, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
