Production Systems Specialist 60K/year The Production Systems Specialist supports manufacturing operations by maintaining production systems, hardware, and software. This role provides technical support to employees while ensuring production and inventory systems operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who enjoys working in both manufacturing and technology environments. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for production systems, ERP and MES applications, hardware, and software. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot shop floor equipment, including computers, tablets, scanners, and printers, while supporting inventory, labeling, and system testing. Train employees, assist with system upgrades and reporting, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations. Qualifications Associate's degree in Information Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting manufacturing or production systems, including ERP and MES applications, is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
