Job Summary Bundling Associate We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and positive person to join our production bundling team. This position allocates components for custom garments to individual bins for production. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills. This person will collaborate daily with the cutting and production departments to ensure smooth, timely order flow.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Counting and sorting items, labeling, lettering, and all other components including labels, letters, fabrics per specific order instructions ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete. Give counts/Issues at the end of the day to the Production Manager Operate a heat press machine and lamination machine safely and efficiently. Read all customer specification sheets (in English) and communicate differences or concerns to production manager. Team worker Demonstrated ability to listen to and communicate detailed information. Ability to be professional, courteous, and tactful under pressure. Standing for entire 8-10 hours shifts Lifting garments & bins throughout the day (weight of 10lbs or less) Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
