Expat Production Assistant (Korean-speaking)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities even under pressure. Effectively prioritize, track, and perform multiple tasks in a changing environment. Manage confidential information and materials. Provide administrative support for establishing and maintaining procedures for the operation and management of production processes. Communicate regularly with production managers to support problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. Coordinate and track production-related requirements through communication with relevant personnel within HPSI. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes after major meetings. Proficiency in MS Office software. Knowledge or experience in shipbuilding practices is preferred. Familiarity with shipbuilding terminology and facility equipment.

EDUCATION AND EXPEREIENCE

5+ years' experience in administration activities Fluent in Korean and English Prior experience in shipbuilding or related industry is preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Environmental exposures are similar to those found in most heavy industrial settings and may include noise, heat, cold, vibration, dust, fumes and smoke. Work may be carried on indoors or outdoors, and may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions. Hanwha Philly Shipyard is a
