This role involves supporting various production processes within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing settings, possess mechanical aptitude, and be comfortable operating hand and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in assembly, equipment operation, and warehouse procedures while contributing to the efficient production of high-quality products. Duties Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring products meet quality standards Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and minor repairs Support the setup and breakdown of manufacturing stations and equipment Perform basic troubleshooting on machinery and report issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of materials and equipment Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing raw materials and finished products Skills Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and troubleshooting Experience with assembly line processes and working with hand tools or power tools Warehouse experience including forklift operation is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks safely This position is vital for maintaining smooth production operations. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing team.
Pay:
$21.17 - $24.61 per hour
