Starting at $16/hr (with opportunities for quick raises based on performance) About the Role Philly Express Athletics is looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to join our production team customizing sports jerseys for teams and organizations. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working with their hands, wants to learn a skill, and is looking for a stable, full-time position with growth potential. No prior experience is required—we provide training. What You'll Do Apply names, numbers, and logos to jerseys using heat press equipment Work with custom sports apparel used by teams and organizations Ensure accuracy and quality on every order Maintain a clean and organized workspace Support the production team as needed Schedule (Consistent Hours) Monday•

Thursday:

7:30 AM•4:00

PM Friday:

7:30 AM•3:30 PM No nights. No weekends.
