Offered after onboarding Overview Join a small, employee‑focused manufacturing team producing precision metal components used in telecommunications and medical equipment, including MRI systems. This hands‑on role involves fabricating and assembling metal pieces that form honeycomb‑like structures designed to block specific frequencies. You'll work in a clean, organized production environment where reliability and attention to detail are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble metal components used in frequency‑blocking honeycomb structures. Safely operate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and prepare metal parts. Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to meet strict size and shape specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and standards. Load and unload materials and finished products to support production flow. Lift and move materials up to 70 lbs throughout the shift using proper lifting techniques. Perform basic soldering tasks to join or repair metal components as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philipsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
