Job Description:
The Cutting Aerator supports production by aerating all pallets of product produced by the press department, staging materials for die cutting, and assisting multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly. This role operates and maintains aeration equipment, uses SAP systems to organize the production floor, and contributes to safety and quality standards across the facility. Responsibilities Aerate all pallets of product produced by the press department and other materials as requested to meet production requirements. UtilizeSAP ZSCH
to maintain, organize, and track materials on the production floor. Stage product Assist throughout the department as needed to support team members and production priorities. Clean, lubricate, and maintain the Aerator and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times. Perform all other duties as assigned to support production, safety, and quality goals. Skills & Qualifications Experience in production, machine operation, or general labor in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with SAP or similar production or inventory management systems. Experience working under SQF or other quality and food safety standards. Comfort working in areas with fluctuating temperatures and non-climate-controlled environments. Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures. Bilingual is English/Spanish is a plus. Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Why Work Here? Our facility operates 24/7 with 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, including opportunities for overtime. The position follows 12-hour rotating shifts, with typical schedules such as 6:45 a.m.-7:00 p.m. for day shift and 6:45 p.m.-7:00 a.m. for night shift. The environment is not climate-controlled, and safety is a priority, requiring steel-toe boots. We provide gloves, ear plugs, and safety glasses to ensure your protection. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenixville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
