Location:
Plumsteadville, PA 18949 Looking for a stable work opportunity? Join our team as a Production Technician (Operator) working Monday- Thursday. Choose the shift that fits your life—Day or Night—with overtime available on Fridays.
Important:
Due to respirator requirements, all candidates must be clean shaven to properly wear a dust cartridge respirator mask.
Shifts:
Day:
4:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Mon-Thu (Fridays as needed for overtime)
Night:
4:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m., Mon-Thu (Fridays as needed for overtime)
What You'll Do:
Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment for processing bulk food-grade powder compounds Handle materials, monitor processes, and keep accurate records Keep workstations organized and ensure compliance with SOP, SQF, GMP, and safety protocols Document production data, perform inventory counts, and participate in process improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but motivation and dependability matter most.
