• $21/hour Stage all necessary materials required to blend resin Blend all the materials according to Product Specifications Molds are cleaned of flashing and prepared for casting of thermoset resins Mold surfaces are conditioned with release agents.

Mold is reassembled and prepared for casting Mixed ingredients are either injected or poured into the mold Material is cured in a set time, parts demolded, and the process repeated. Molds are to be handled properly to maintain both the highest quality product and the mold integrity Sufficient mechanical dexterity and mathematical skills to mold parts Maintain molds and mold surfaces Treat mold surfaces with release agents, as required Carefully remove parts to ensure minimum breakage and to retain dimensional stability.
