  • General Manufacturing and Production Worker (Starting Rate $25.50)
  • The Mill is a 24/7 operation which requires open availability for overtime during weekends and holidays.
+ Assists Mill with daily cleaning/maintaining of work areas. + Assist with production needs, break reliefs or operational needs. + Maintain and demonstrate safe, efficient use of fork and clamp trucks. + Inspects/monitors equipment under their responsibility and reports concerns/issues to supervisor. + Assist with shipping needs, staging/reorganizing + Maintain a safe and clean work environment. + Wear proper protective equipment, i.e., safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes and reflective vest. + All other duties as assigned.
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training.
  • Physical Requirements
  • + Must be always alert and aware. + Comfortable with high heat areas/extreme cold areas. + Stand/Walk/Sit/Push /Pull/Climb/Crawl/Squat/Kneel/Bend + Lift/Carry-Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more. + Reach Outward/Reach Above Shoulder
