Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cheese Production Workers to join our team in the food production industry. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the packaging, fabrication, and sanitation of food products. Your contributions will ensure that we maintain high standards of quality and safety in our operations. Duties Safely and efficiently operate cheese vats and pumps, setting up machine, operating, tearing down, washing parts, troubleshooting, etc. Make Cheese Assist in pasteurization room as needed Unload cheese presses and package 40 lb. blocks of cheese End of day wash up in cheese room maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary work station This job description is subject to change at any time and employee will b given additional responibilities a assigned. Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflow, including members of the milk receiving, milk pasteurization and warehouse, follow all health and safety regulations and best practices for food handling and preparation.
