Index. Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Support Specialist to support our Production and Planning Teams. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, excellent critical thinking skills, and a proactive attitude. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining administrative processes, supporting operational initiatives, and contributing to a dynamic team environment. This is a temporary position funded through April 2027, with potential extension through December 2027.Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling. Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Assist with tracking and organizing operational metrics and project documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Qualifications Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. High level of initiative and ability to work independently. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Attributes:
Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site operations environment. Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.I ndividual must be a:
