Job Description

Production Operator - 3rd Shift Easton, PA Sunday to Friday $20-23 per hour The Production / Machine Operator safely and efficiently runs production equipment to maintain product quality and output targets. This role involves operating machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting line setups and changeovers, performing quality checks, monitoring production metrics, and supporting basic equipment troubleshooting while upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards. Job Responsibilities for a
Production Associate Process Monitoring:
Track operational variables including product weight, processing temperatures, waste, and downtime
Quality & Verification:
Visually inspect product quality, verify lot codes, and confirm machine settings are correct.
Traceability & Compliance:
Complete all required logs and documentation accurately.
Safety & Sanitation:
Report safety hazards, quality concerns, or plant deviations; maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Operational Support:
Perform equipment setups, support machine changeovers, and assist team members across departments to support overall plant performance. Requirements for a
Production Associate Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or food production settings, preferred
Technical Skills:
Basic math proficiency for production tracking.
Communication:
Strong ENGLISH verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively. Ability to read and follow English instructions, work orders, safety guidelines, and SOPs.
Adaptability:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle changing operational requirements.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
