Craft Production Assistant — Stroudsburg, PA We're a small, family-owned business that makes handcrafted products. This job is hands-on and varied. You would be producing parts, assembling products, occasionally helping set up and break down events, running errands as needed, and pitching in wherever the day calls for it. Some of the work is repetitive, and some of it will keep you on your toes. You should be comfortable with both. You'd be part of a tight-knit team, counted on to show up ready, stay focused, and take pride in doing good work. You should be able to:

Commute to Stroudsburg, PA on workdays (a reliable vehicle is required) Lift and move product as needed (totes can reach 50-70 lbs) Handle both routine tasks and sudden pivots Stay on your feet throughout the workday with moderate physical activity The application requires basic info, your work history, plus a few written questions and short voice recordings.
