Easton, PA Production Associate Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor rack or reel-to-reel electroplating lines to ensure consistent production Handle and maintain chemical plating baths, monitoring concentrations, temperature, and pH levels to meet specifications Rack and unrack metal components carefully to prevent damage to delicate or precision parts Inspect finished products and perform quality checks, including measuring plating thickness and adhesion using gauges, calipers, and micrometers Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE when working with chemicals and hazardous materials Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on equipment and work areas Maintain accurate production records and ensure all work meets strict industry and quality standards
Production Associate Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing, plating, assembly, or a related production environment preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict quality and safety standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
