• 1st shift?

You'll be: Performing quality checks on finished bags and pouches during production Packing completed products into shipping boxes and moving them to the packing area Assembling boxes, applying informational/identification labels, and preparing shipments Assisting operators and team members with production and machine changeovers Filling hot melt units and helping as part of the pit crew during press changeovers Performing basic QC testing and troubleshooting minor packaging issues Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following all plant safety procedures Supporting food safety and reporting concerns as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) Possess basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude Are detail oriented and committed to quality work Can follow safety procedures and production instructions closely Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting Are able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift 50 lbs. or more throughout your shift What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
