!!! Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to manufacture product according to established procedures and specifications. Monitor equipment performance during production runs and make basic adjustments to maintain product quality and output. Perform equipment changeovers as required, including setting up machines for different products or production runs. Ensure all products meet established quality standards by performing routine inspections and checks during production. Assist with basic mechanical tasks and minor equipment adjustments, drawing on mechanical aptitude and maintenance awareness. Work with PLC-controlled equipment by following established procedures and responding appropriately to basic system prompts or alarms. Experience in production, general production, or manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with machine operation or machine operating in an industrial or production setting. Ability to perform basic inspection tasks to verify product quality and adherence to standards. General math skills, including the ability to work confidently with percentages, fractions, and decimals. Mechanical inclination with the ability to understand how machines function and perform basic adjustments. Familiarity with maintenance concepts and safe practices around production equipment.

Pay and Shift :

1st Monday

• Friday (7am-3:30pm) $21p/hr 2nd shift Monday
• Friday (3pm-11:30pm) $22p/hr 3rd shift Sunday
• Thursday (11pm-7:30am) $24p/hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Throop, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00
