Applicants will be required to complete a personality assessment, background check and drug screen. After the completion of a 90-day probationary period, employee will become a full union member.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow all safety, food safety, & GMP rules and regulations. Oversee and maintain the food safety and quality of the process and finished product. Keep work area clean and organized by practicing good housekeeping in the immediate work area. Assist fellow employees on an as needed basis. Inspect, identify and replace product and packaging that is not conforming to standards. Ability to properly package product in boxes and on pallets. Complete all required line documentation and reports accurately, legibly and thoroughly. Meet and maintain acceptable line efficiency and production standards. Identify issues that he/she is not able to rectify and communicate them promptly to the Production Supervisor for assistance. All other duties as assigned.
