Requirements for the
Social Worker:
Holds a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or four years of relevant experience in a long-term care community, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in Social Work, Gerontology or another related field preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work well with people and show enthusiasm and motivation. Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills.
