Job Title:
Production Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to apply oil analysis techniques in the preparation and testing of oil samples across various applications. This role includes sample layout, preparation, instrumentation and procedures, and troubleshooting instrumentation. The successful candidate will perform all duties efficiently to achieve high-quality results while minimizing repeats. Responsibilities Apply oil analysis techniques for the preparation and testing of oil samples. Perform sample layout and preparation. Operate and manage instrumentation and procedures. Troubleshoot any issues with instrumentation. Ensure timely and efficient completion of duties to produce high-quality results. Properly dispose of laboratory waste into the appropriate containers. Perform any additional duties required for satisfactory job completion. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail. Proficiency with touch screens and computers. Ability to perform basic computer work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production environments. Flexibility to train on the first shift and transition to a mid-shift (10 or 11 AM until 7 PM). Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a small manufacturing and production environment with a Monday to Friday schedule from 3 PM to 11 PM. Utilize computer screens and perform basic computer tasks in a dynamic and collaborative setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
