boards, where you will work across multiple areas ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes. This role requires handling blank
PCB/PCBA
boards, overseeing machine operations, and assembling completed products. Responsibilities Load blank
PCB/PCBA
boards into SMT machines and monitor SMT lines. Load and unload component reels into SMT machines, requiring the operation of machines to stop and start. Transition boards from SMT lines to PTH lines, ensuring continuous feeding of components into the machine. Ensure solder paste levels are maintained for wave machine operations. Mount completed
PCB/PCBA
boards into server boxes, following build sheets displayed on computer screens. Utilize hand and power tools for securing assemblies. Load completed server boxes into test servers, conduct pass/fail tests, and document results. Place completed boxes in designated pass/fail areas. Essential Skills Production experience Assembly skills Machine operation knowledge Ability to lift up to 30lbs Pass a basic math test Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of work history Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility offers three shifts: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday), and 3rd shift (11:30pm-7:30am, Sunday-Thursday) with optional overtime on weekends. Work in an ESD facility equipped with smocks and heel straps to maintain a professional and safe environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
