This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assembly Work — Assemble door components, frames, and millwork using hand and power tools. Machine Operation — Operate saws, sanders, routers, and production machinery safely and efficiently. Quality Inspection — Inspect parts for defects, correct measurements, and proper fit before moving products down the line. Material Handling — Load, stack, and move lumber, doors, and millwork components throughout the facility. Production Documentation — Record counts, label products, and follow work orders accurately.
