Job Description
🌟 Production Associate
- Join a Modern Electronics Manufacturing Team 🚀 About the Role Work with a leading
PCB/PCBA
manufacturer in a clean, high-tech, and climate-controlled facility using brand-new equipment. You'll be part of a team assembling and testing critical electronic components that power advanced technology. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain valuable experience across SMT, PTH, and final assembly processes —perfect for someone who enjoys precision work and a steady production environment. 🔧 What You'll Do You'll rotate through multiple stages of production, including: 🟢 SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) Load PCB boards and component reels into machines Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation Restart machines after reel changes and adjustments 🔵 PTH (Pin Through Hole) & Soldering Move boards between SMT and PTH processes Feed components into machines Ensure proper solder application using wave machines 🟡 Final Assembly & Testing Assemble completed boards into server units using digital build sheets Use hand and power tools for secure assembly Run quality tests (pass/fail) and document results Track and move completed units to designated areas ✅ What We're Looking For Experience in production, assembly, or machine operation Comfortable working with your hands and using tools Basic math skills (simple counts and measurements) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Good communication in English At least 1 year of work history ⭐ Why You'll Love This Job 🏭 Modern facility- clean, bright, and brand new ❄️ Climate-controlled environment
