• 2:00 PM Key Responsibilities Assist operators with material handling, including stacking, loading, unloading, and staging materials Perform visual inspections of in-process products to ensure quality standards are met Wrap and unwrap products for processing and shipment Read and follow production work orders accurately Apply tags and labels to finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production and warehouse activities as needed Required Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor Ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual labor Experience with material handling and product inspection Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions Preferred Qualifications Experience with loading and unloading materials Familiarity with hand tools Packaging experience Construction or industrial labor experience Forklift experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN 46140.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00
