Production Associate -

Manufacturing Pay:

$22.00/hour We are hiring a reliable Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, managing materials, and supporting the overall flow of the line.

What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment Keep materials stocked to avoid downtime Identify and report equipment or process issues quickly Work with supervisors and maintenance to resolve problems Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of manufacturing or production experience Strong attendance and reliability (critical for this role) Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment Comfortable multitasking and solving problems in real time Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Work Environment:

High-volume manufacturing floor Standing and working around machinery for extended periods Safety-focused environment with strict protocols
