We are seeking a detail-oriented At-Home Sewing Specialist willing to learn the art of sewing martial arts belts to join our team. In this role, you will craft high-quality, custom martial arts belts from the comfort of your home, ensuring each product meets our quality standards. Your expertise will be awarded to students as they achieve milestones, fostering a positive learning environment through beautifully crafted belts. This paid position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to showcase your sewing skills while supporting a vibrant community of martial arts practitioners. Responsibilities Carefully sew and assemble martial arts belts according to specified patterns and standards Maintain high attention to detail to ensure each belt is consistent and visually appealing Manage your own schedule to meet production deadlines while balancing quality control Communicate with team coordinators regarding belt specifications, custom requests, or adjustments Maintain your own equipment and workspace, managing Kataaro-supplied materials Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and production times for accountability Continuously improve sewing techniques through self-guided learning or additional training opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in sewing, with a strong focus on detailed craftsmanship and finishing techniques Industrial sewing machine experience a plus Strong organizational skills for managing supplies, deadlines, and quality standards Must live in proximity to Kataaro in Lowell, IN to maintain Kataaro-supplied materials Join us as an At-Home Sewing Specialist and bring your craftsmanship to life!
