We are looking for 2-3 dependable , long-term team members to join our manufacturing team. All-In Nutritionals is a dietary supplement manufacturer in Springfield, Ohio. We are currently hiring for a Batching & Manufacturing Production Associate , with batching as the primary responsibility and cross-training in other areas of manufacturing and production.

Schedule & Attendance Expectations This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, Monday through Friday , at our Springfield, Ohio manufacturing facility. Consistent attendance and punctuality are required. This position is an important part of our daily manufacturing operation, and we need someone we can depend on to report to work as scheduled and be ready to work. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently commute to Springfield, OH 45502. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be batching dietary supplement formulas , with cross-training and support in other manufacturing areas as needed.

Responsibilities include:

Accurately follow proprietary formulas, recipes, batch records, SOPs, and written instructions Perform basic math and calculations required for batching Precisely weigh, measure, verify, and mix raw ingredients used to manufacture powders and capsules Operate batching, blending, mixing, encapsulation, and other manufacturing equipment Use computers, our ERP system, barcode scanners, and other technology to accurately track materials and production Complete production records and other required documentation accurately and completely Follow established, strict quality, safety, sanitation, and cGMP procedures Break down, clean, sanitize, and reassemble manufacturing equipment and production areas Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Help prevent cross-contamination by strictly following cleaning and material-handling procedures Assist with receiving, labeling, inventory, storage, and movement of raw materials Cross-train in encapsulation, powder filling, packaging, labeling, production support, inventory, receiving, and other manufacturing functions Assist other departments when production needs require it This is not a desk job . You will be working directly with ingredients, equipment, production records, and other members of our manufacturing team throughout the day. Physical Requirements Applicants must be comfortable with the physical requirements of the position, including: Standing and working on your feet for extended periods Regularly lifting, carrying, and handling materials weighing between 15-60 lbs. Repetitive physical tasks Bending, reaching, moving materials, and working around manufacturing equipment Using short ladders when necessary Working with powdered raw materials while wearing required PPE Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and production areas What We're Looking For Reliability and attention to detail are non-negotiable in this position.

Be dependable and consistently report to work on time Be genuinely interested in long-term employment Have strong basic math skills Be comfortable working with weights, measurements, and calculations Be capable of following recipes & formulas and written instructions exactly Have exceptional attention to detail Understand that mistakes in weighing, calculations, documentation, or ingredient selection can affect an entire production batch Be comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and software systems Be organized and able to maintain accurate documentation Follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Be willing to learn multiple areas of manufacturing Be comfortable receiving feedback and following direction Work well independently and as part of a team Be willing to jump in where needed rather than limiting themselves to one task Previous experience in dietary supplements, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, batching, blending, production, machine operation, or another regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates the aptitude, reliability, and commitment we are looking for. Experience That Is a Plus Experience with any of the following is especially helpful: Batching, blending, or following production formulas Food or dietary supplement manufacturing Encapsulation equipment Industrial mixers or manufacturing machinery GMP/cGMP environments Quality or production documentation ERP or inventory-management systems Barcode/RF scanners Material handling and inventory Receiving and warehousing Packaging and labeling Working in a facility producing multiple SKUs Why All-In Nutritionals?
