- You are a Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations expert with deep industry and ERP experience that delivers business transformation aligned to strategic goals.
- Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain transformations:
- Crafting strategies that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business value. +
- Using data to advise :
- Applying sophisticated analytics to uncover insights, predict trends, and optimize supply chain performance. +
- Driving multi-functional alignment:
- Collaborating with diverse teams to align on an end-to-end transformation strategy to achieve strategic business outcomes +
- Shaping the future of technology:
- Contributing to the evolution of Cisco's supply chain, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
- Minimum Qualifications
- + 8+ years of Semiconductor/High Tech Manufacturing Operations experience across NPI, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Fulfillment domains.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management + Manufacturing Execution Systems "MES" experience.

- The starting salary range posted for this position is $132,300.00 to $174,000.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation

New York City Metro Area:
$132,300.00 - $200,100.00 Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $117,300.00 - $219,300.00- For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.
