This role is ideal for someone who understands real-world print production requirements — not just creating attractive designs, but preparing artwork correctly for production.

Please Note:

This is NOT a social media design role. Candidates MUST understand commercial print production requirements and how artwork is prepared for actual production and printing. You'll work on customer-submitted artwork, including AI-generated designs , and transform files into professional, print-ready production files for a wide range of printed products. Responsibilities Prepare customer artwork for professional print production Convert artwork into print-ready vector files Clean up and edit AI-generated artwork so files can be properly produced Set up files for: Screen printing Digital printing Large format printing Promotional products Apparel decoration (DTF, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.) Create proper bleed, trim, crop marks, and safe zones Convert raster artwork into vector files when needed Check color accuracy (CMYK, spot colors, Pantone matching) Separate artwork for print production when required Ensure all files meet production specifications before going to press Required SkillsExpert-level experience with: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Commercial print file setup and prepress production Vector artwork creation and conversion Understanding DPI, image resolution, bleed, trim, and color separations Correcting customer-supplied artwork issues Converting AI-generated artwork into production-ready files Bonus Qualifications Experience in the printing or promotional products industry Knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and apparel decoration methods Experience recreating logos and rebuilding low-resolution artwork Familiarity with prepress and production workflows We Need Someone Who Is Extremely detail-oriented Fast and efficient Reliable and responsive Comfortable working independently as a contractor Able to troubleshoot difficult or poorly prepared artwork files customers submit To Apply, Please Send Portfolio or examples of print production work Examples of vector conversions or prepress setup work Experience editing or fixing AI-generated artwork Hourly rate or project-based pricing This is ongoing contract work with consistent projects available for the right person
