Overview:

We're seeking a creative and motivated In-House Graphic Designer & Print Assistant to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with a good foundation in graphic design and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, who's eager to gain hands-on experience in print production. Minimum 2 years experience required—onsite training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce layouts for print and digital media including brochures, banners, decals, social media graphics, and website visuals Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity Prepare and format design files for production using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Assist with photo editing and retouching Support onsite print production tasks (vinyl cutting, printing, and application) following training Maintain organized design files and production archives Stay current on design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Graphic Design or Production Artist role Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS5 or Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop Familiarity with design terminology and file formats (.EPS, .

PDF, .AI

) Understanding of vector vs. raster images and proper file prep for print Strong grasp of layout design principles and typography Ability to work under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to assist in hands-on production and learn new technical skills Why Join Us?
