Hybrid Position Summary The Lesniak Institute for American Leadership, led by Senator Raymond Lesniak, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist Intern with a focus on video production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of producing content, including skills in: post production video editing, pre-production tasks such as script writing and story boarding, and camera and lighting operation. This position will also require collaboration with the creative department during live events, including: media coverage, photography, and videography. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in both online and in-person media work, especially within the nonprofit sector. Qualifications/Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or Business Marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut) Camera & lighting operation Photography & videography at live events Experience developing online content (scriptwriting, editing, photography, and videography) Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for video editing across social platforms Pre-production tasks such as: Script writing / story boarding Camera & lighting operation Photography & videography at live events Providing support to our social media team at live events
