east providence, rhode island Posted 4/13/2026 Closes 7/31/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Temp to Perm Various Shifts Available Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_174572 Spherion is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to support high-precision manufacturing operations. This role involves working with very small components under a microscope, where accuracy, consistency, and focus are critical to product quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is comfortable following detailed technical instructions and maintaining accurate production records.
Responsibilities:
Perform micro-assembly of small, precision components using tweezers, microscopes, and specialized hand tools Conduct detailed visual inspections under magnification to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met Follow detailed blueprints, diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with high accuracy Maintain accurate production documentation and equipment logs following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and quality control requirements in a controlled manufacturing environment Communicate effectively with team members and engineering support regarding production issues or deviations Maintain a clean, organized workstation to support efficient and safe operations ...

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, medical device, or cleanroom environments Experience with microscope-based inspection or micro-assembly work Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) or regulated production environments (ISO, FDA, etc.) Mechanical aptitude or experience using precision hand tools Ability to quickly learn technical procedures and adapt to process improvements Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
