This entry-level position combines graphic design, sign production, and hands-on fabrication work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, being creative, and seeing your work come to life on real vehicles, storefronts, banners, and signs, this is a great opportunity to build a career in the signage and graphics industry. Responsibilities Create and prepare artwork for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, and window graphics Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and finishing equipment Weed, trim, mask, and assemble vinyl graphics and signage Assist with installations and production tasks Maintain organized and clean production areas Work with customers and team members to complete projects accurately and on time Qualifications Basic computer and graphic design skills Familiarity with Flexi preferred Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Previous sign shop experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Paid training Career growth opportunities Creative and hands-on work environment Exposure to a wide variety of projects and industries Competitive hourly pay based on experience About Us At Signarama we help businesses grow through custom signs and visual solutions including storefront signs, vehicle wraps, banners, wall graphics, and more.
